Hundreds of thousands of Summit Utilities customers will soon be receiving a new bill following a Seven On Your Side investigation.
After receiving dozens and dozens of complaints, 7OYS started asking questions last week – is it just high gas prices or is there an issue with the company’s billing system?
Turns out, around 167,000 customers in Arkansas and Oklahoma were billed incorrectly according to Summit’s CEO, Kurt Adams.
