Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on April 7.
Arkansas Army and Air National Guardsmen are in Guatemala this week building on our 20-year partnership through The National Guard's State Partnership Program.
This week, we're focusing on aircraft maintenance and public affairs functions, but more importantly, we're building military-to-military relationships and furthering
understanding between our two countries.
