4th Annual Cotter Community Block Party. join us for the 4th Annual Cotter Neighborhood Block Party on Saturday, October 23rd 5-8pm. Get together with your friends and neighbors for good food and fellowship. You can grill, have a potluck, or enjoy a full-on buffet. This is a community Law Enforcement relationship building event. To host a party, please contact Cotter City Hall at 870-435-2122 and let us know your address.
