Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge will host the 19th annual Arkansas Law Enforcement Summit featuring de-escalation presentations by Lieutenant Jim Glennon and a luncheon keynote from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at the Benton Event Center in Benton/Saline County. Law enforcement officers may register for this free event
