Saline County Career Technical Campus-ASU Three Rivers will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new campus Aug. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Governor Asa Hutchinson, along with Saline County, Arkansas State University System and ASU Three Rivers dignitaries will address the crowd prior to the ribbon cutting. #ARcounties #ARnews
