Arkansas DOT hosts online meeting regarding Highway 71

The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) will host an online meeting regarding the plans to create northbound and southbound passing lanes on Highway 71.

The passing lanes will be located between Mena and “Y” City in Polk and Scott Counties.

The ARDOT said that the public is invited to listen in, view all available meeting materials and provide feedback. The website will allow feedback until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 29.

Residents can access the online public meeting by visiting the website.

The website also provides a Spanish version of the presentation to those that don't speak English.

Residents who visit the website can also opt-in to send online feedback forms to the ARDOT staff. Additionally, visitors can print the form and mail it to the staff at Environmental Division, 10324 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209.
