The Powerball jackpot has increased to $484 million for tonight's drawing. This multi-state lottery game has seen nine winners from Arkansas claiming prizes of $50,000 or more since July 2024, with the latest winner receiving $100,000 in February 2025.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:59 p.m. Players must match five white balls numbered between 1 and 69 and one Powerball numbered between 1 and 26 to win the jackpot. There are also alternative prizes for those who match at least the Powerball number.
Tickets cost $2 per play, with sales closing at 8:59 p.m. on the night of the draw. An optional Power Play multiplier is available for an additional $1, which can increase non-jackpot winnings by up to ten times. Matching all five white balls without the Powerball number can result in a prize of up to $2 million.
Tickets can be purchased from licensed Arkansas lottery retailers or through retailer apps associated with ASL’s Play on the Go partners. More information about these options is available on the ASL website's Where To Play page.
The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) aims to create opportunities through scholarships funded by lottery sales. Since its inception in 2009, ASL has generated over $7.8 billion in sales and contributed more than $1.4 billion towards scholarships for Arkansas students. Over 822,000 college scholarships have been awarded by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education as a result.
ASL has also distributed over $5 billion in prizes to players and more than $443 million in commissions to retailers while contributing over $184 million in state and federal tax revenue.
