County Assessors went to the state Capitol to visit with legislators and hear discussion on SB198, sponsored by Sen. Jonathan Dismang. The bill, which would set a uniform real estate reappraisal cycle of 4 years, was heard in the Senate Committee on Revenue and Taxation. Washington County Assessor Russell Hill testified for the bill, which passed out of committee. #ARcounties
