Our Arkansas GIS Office division has supported the Arkansas 911 Board since 2020 in implementing Next Generation 911.
GIS worked diligently to get all boundaries accurate to reflect current 911 operations in the first year. Now, they are assisting local jurisdictions with synchronizing three databases (address, roads and the Master Street Address Guide), each created more than 30 years ago by various personnel!
