This position has primary responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and securing of major equipment and systems which is used to offer services to NATCO and NATCO's customers. Ideal applicants would have experience with installation, maintenance, and security of Windows and Linux systems; maintenance, configuration and reliable operations of computer systems and servers (virtual and physical); troubleshooting for hardware, software and operating systems through diagnostic testing; capacity planning, storage planning and database performance management and detailed documentation of processes, customizations and configuration
