Cadets with the Arkansas National Guard Youth Challenge Program graduated in a ceremony held at the Levy Church of Christ in North Little Rock, Arkansas. More than 60 cadets, their families and friends, as well as dignitaries from the Arkansas National Guard were in attendance.
The mission of the Arkansas National Guard Youth Challenge Program is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of 16-18 year-old youths in the state of Arkansas, producing graduates with the values, life skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed as productive citizens.
