NORTHERN ARKANSAS TELEPHONE CO: 2022-2023 Ozark Regional Directory

We are excited to announce the release of the 2022-2023 Ozark Regional Directory. The new directory is currently arriving in mailboxes and are placed at official ORD distribution locations.

With over 40 years of publication and 2,500 local businesses and organizations listed, the Ozark Regional Directory is the longest running and most trusted directory in north-central Arkansas. We distribute over 20,000 books annually in Marion, Boone, and Baxter counties. According to NATCO President and General Manager Steven Sanders Jr., "The area the ORD serves is unique. The people who live here understand the meaning of 'local.' They shop local, they do business with their friends and neighbors, and they appreciate making their hometowns successful and helping their neighbors thrive."

The Ozark Regional Directory has evolved into more than a phone book over those 40 years; it's become a comprehensive area guide for residents, businesses, and visitors. NATCO Director of Customer Care, Tim McEuen, has noticed over the years that it has also become a reference tool for non-residents looking to relocate to the South Shore area of Bull Shoals Lake and the Twin Lakes area. "We receive calls weekly from all over the country from people looking for resources as they consider moving to our area. They are finding what they need in the Ozarks Regional Directory instead of what might be a hit-and-miss search on the internet. Everything they need to know is right here and we are working on adding more content to make it an even more useful tool."

While Google is an easy and convenient way to search for business information, it's often complicated for business owners to figure out how to show up in a search result, how to get put at the top of that search result, or how to get a website online. The yellow pages are always as accurate as the most recent book publication, and it's easy to get listed there - no SEO or HTML knowledge required.

Tourists pick up the Ozark Regional Directory books more than anyone else. Between the Arkansas Visitor's Center in Harrison and the Gaston's Visitor's Center in Bull Shoals, we distribute nearly 200 books per month to people visiting this area. That's not to mention the additional books circulated from banks, chambers of commerce, realtors, and other partnered locations.

New directories can be picked up at one of the following locations:

Flippin: NATCO Office, Ozark Realty, Arvest, Anstaff Bank, Farmer's and Merchant's Bank

Bull Shoals: Gaston's Visitor Center, Chamber of Commerce

Lead Hill: City Hall

Diamond City: Community Center

Omaha: City Hall

Yellville: Davenport Realty, Arvest

Mountain Home: Century 21 LeMac, Gilbert Realty

Harrison: Chamber of Commerce, Visitor's Center

The Ozark Regional Directory can be accessed online at ozarkregionaldirectory.com.

In effort to promote sustainability, we will once again be collecting dated phone books and directories at select locations across the community. Blue recycling bins with NATCO's branding will be placed at the following locations during the month of October:

Bull Shoals: City Hall

Diamond City: Community Center

Flippin: NATCO Office, Arvest, City Hall

Lead Hill: Dollar General

Omaha: City Hall

Yellville: Arvest

Mountain Home: Arvest Main Branch, Arvest East Branch
