Arkansas issued the following announcement on July 7.
Adults ages 21-45 (BMI > 30) are needed for a study investigating the fermentation patterns of compounds from onion peel. The study is looking for research participants who are not taking any drugs and have not taken antibiotics for the past six months.
Participation will include a screening process of filling out questionnaires and taking height and weight measurements. If chosen, participants will be asked to provide one fresh fecal sample to the Food Science Department at 2650 N. Young Ave., Fayetteville.
A $30 Amazon gift card will be provided as compensation.
