Arkansas Department of Education - Company C issued the following announcement on May 21.
Two students from Dollarway High School will be recognized with a book signing event on May 22 at James Matthews Elementary.
Author Jasmine Stinnett and illustrator Savannah Lawson of Mello's Aquatic Life earned 2nd place at the Educators Rising Regional Conference in the Children's Literature category.
Thank you to Pine Bluff School District, Arkansas River ESC, and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for hosting this event.
