Arkansas Northeastern College issued the following announcement on April 1.
On March 31, 2022, in the Governor's Ballroom, ANC Visual Arts student Jaylen Howard presented his solo exhibition, "Let Me Speak". The exhibition included several prints (woodcut, linocut reduction, and drypoint), digital artworks, and a digital photograph. Howard's work represented his own life on the autism spectrum, and the works were a personal visualization of his life as a neurodivergent individual. Howard presented a lecture on his journey at ANC, in the arts, and the meanings of his artworks. The ANC Visual Arts Department thanks each and every one of you who attended the show to support Jaylen and we would like to congratulate Jaylen on his forthcoming graduation from Arkansas Northeastern College!
