We are looking for a Network Services Analyst to join our Network Services Team. Ideal applicants would have experience with installation, maintenance and repair of switching equipment, network access equipment and toll facilities within NATCO's service area.
Our Network Services Analyst is responsible for:
Maintaining network access equipment (Calix, Adtran, Juniper, and Cisco) Transport nodes, special circuits, CS1500, multiplexers and other transmission equipment.
Configuring and maintaining MPLS VPNs.
Software upgrades and patches to existing systems.
Performing documentation, traffic studies, and other network reporting as required.
Transmitting AMA records to ensure safe transmission of billing records.
Installing and provisioning fiber and digital subscriber line service.
