Northwest Pa Collegiate Academy issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Edinboro University has partnered with Erie's Public Schools to provide current first-generation 10th graders interested in pursuing a career in education an opportunity to take free dual enrollment courses through Edinboro University to expand knowledge of the subject and earn college credits in high school. One goal of this program is to encourage students to apply to the Erie School District for employment as a teacher after graduation from Edinboro University. This program is free to students and families.
