ASHLEY County issued the following announcement on Feb. 15.
How many Ashley County people have found themselves captivated by this 2017 double murder case in Delphi, Indiana? We were praying this case would be brought to resolution today, at its five year mark. Not yet, though. Closer to home, we have a 2017 case that is on the same level of disturbing.
