Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement Jan. 29.
ROBINSON MANEUVER TRAINING CENTER, N. Little Rock, Ark. — Friends, family, and fellow service members gathered to celebrate David A. Moore's promotion from Lt. Col. to Col. at Phillips Armory on Friday, January 28, 2022.
Moore currently serves as the Installation Commander for the Arkansas National Guard's Camp Joseph T. Robinson located in North Little Rock.
