Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
Maj. Gen. Kendall Penn, Arkansas’ adjutant general, presented Dec. 16, 2021, the state’s 2020 Outstanding NCO of the Year award to the 189th Airlift Wing’s Tech. Sgt. Shaun Craghead. Craghead earned the award based on his leadership and job performance in his primary duties, and the whole Airman concept.
The award was presented late due to the pandemic.
