Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on Dec. 8.
The 233rd Regional Training Institute, Arkansas National Guard, is in Guatemala to conduct the third iteration of continued support of the Guatemalan Army's noncommissioned officer development initiative. This week-long event capstones the year of Guatemalan training received in partnership with the 233rd RTI. The 189th Airlift Wing was able to provide the transportation from Arkansas to Guatemala.
