ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE: AG Rutledge Blocked Biden Administration’s CMS Vaccine Mandate in Arkansas

Arkansas Attorney General's Office issued the following announcement on Dec. 1.

Over the last week, AG Rutledge blocked the Biden Administration from enforcing a vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, joined a coalition fighting for Israel by urging Ben & Jerry’s to end its boycott ban and sued a Fort Smith in-home health aide for stealing from seniors.
