Arkansas Auditor of State issued the following announcement Nov. 10.
World Freedom Day marking the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and commemorating the end of communism in Eastern and Central Europe.
The wall's demolition began 2.5 years after President Reagan's famous 1987 Berlin Wall Speech. May we never cease to spread the hope of freedom throughout the world.
