ARKANSAS ADJUTANT GENERAL: All States Trophy Honors

Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on Oct. 19.

The Arkansas National Guard Marksmanship Team presented Oct. 17 the All States Trophy to Maj. Gen. Kendall Penn, Arkansas’ adjutant general (second from left). The marksmen finished first, defeating 42 other states and territories during the 50th Winston P. Wilson Rifle and Pistol Championship held Aug. 28-Sept. 2 at Robinson Maneuver Training Center in North Little Rock, Ark. Pictured (from left) are Army Lt. Col. David Stapp, Penn, Army Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Noe, Army Capt. Garrett Miller, and Air Force Master Sgt. Nathan Watters. This was the first time Arkansas has taken home top honors in the competition. The National Guard Marksmanship Training Center hosts the event annually.
