City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
URGENT!!! There is a large leak on Denton Ferry Road. This has caused all of Rainbow Heights Subdivision, Denton Ferry to be out of water, and possibly anyone north of the Fire Dept to have low water pressure. We are asking everyone else in Cotter to please conserve water. We are working diligently to get this issue resolved. The leak should be fixed in the A.M. We will update you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
