Arkansas State University issued the following announcement Oct. 1.
In the October edition of First Friday, Kelly welcomes us to the recently opened Windgate Center for Three-dimensional Arts. After a quick update on the COVID-19 pandemic, enrollment and homecoming planning, he is joined by sophomore studio art major Grace Westerman. Together, they talk about the impact this new facility is already having on the day-to-day lives of our art students on campus.
