Arkansas Department of Education - Company C issued the following announcement Oct. 6.
We are featuring Vickie Lewis, a 2022 Arkansas Teacher of the Year State Semi-Finalist. Ms. Lewis teaches English, math, reading, science, and social studies for Grades 6-8 at NewStart Academy ALE in Wynne.
She is a 16-year veteran and believes that making a difference in the lives of students positively impacts the entire community. Ms. Lewis is published in the National Writing Institute Anthology and has presented at the National Core Knowledge Conference in Washington, D.C.
