Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
Members of the 189th Maintenance Group of the Arkansas Air National Guard, in coordination with U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), participated in an Air Mobility Assessment of the Guatemalan Air Force (GAF) under the State Partnership Program with Guatemala.
The event focused on working with our partners on conducting an in-depth review of their current maintenance operations and help them identify gaps, and a way to overcome those gaps. It's our honor to keep working with the GAF and being Guatemala's trusted partner.
Congratulations to Guatemala Leadership and the 189th Maintenance Group members that participated. It continues to be of a partnership with mutual benefit to our Arkansas National Guard formation.
