Flippin Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
Mr. Rich Sells, pictured with Greg Hopper, was the Oldest Veteran that showed a vehicle in attendance. Mr. Sells is a US Army Veteran and was discharged in 1955.
