Arkansas Attorney General's Office issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.
It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a longtime community leader of the Attorney General’s office, Dwayne Yarbrough, who passed away. Known by loved ones as ‘Big D,’ he was a dedicated public servant and educator known throughout Arkansas for his advocacy and commitment to protect our children and educate law enforcement. Big D’s infectious smile and voice will be missed greatly but his legacy will live through his positive influence on countless Arkansans.
