ARKANSAS ACCESS TO JUSTICE COMMISSION: 2021 POWER Act CLE Program to be held Sept. 25

Arkansas Access to Justice Commission recently issued the following announcement.

This training is free and will focus on how attorneys can effectively and compassionately represent survivors of domestic violence. Social workers, domestic violence survivor advocates, and members of the public are also welcome to attend this event. One hour of CLE credit may be claimed for attending this event.

12:05 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. The 5 W’s of the Domestic Abuse Act (.75 general CLE/Approved for Domestic Relations/Probate Attorney Ad Litem credit)

12:55 p.m. - 1:55 p.m. The Trauma-Informed Lawyer (1 hour ETHICS CLE/Approved for Domestic Relations/Probate and Dependency Neglect Attorney Ad Litem credit)
