Arkansas Adjutant General issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
Four newly-commissioned officers pinned on their new rank and took their oath of office at the State Capitol. The 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team said farewell to Col. (P) Jonathan Stubbs, and welcomed their new commander, Col. Olen Bridges. The 77th Combat Aviation Brigade conducted hoist operations on Pinnacle Mountain. Also in the 39th, 1st battalion, 153rd regiment welcomed Lt. Col. Will Phillips and 1st. Sgt. (P) Tad Washington as the incoming battalion commander and command sgt. maj., respectively.
