Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has pledged her support for the Texas presidential election lawsuit
She took to Twitter to announce her support.
“Arkansans and Americans all over the country have real concerns about the lack of integrity in our federal elections this year,” she posted. “I have determined that I will support the motion by the State of Texas in all legally appropriate manners. The integrity of our elections is a critical part of our nation and it must be upheld.”
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia are being sued by Texas to delay the certification of their electoral votes following claims of election irregularities, particularly regarding mail-in ballots.
