A ticket purchased through the Jackpocket mobile app matched all five numbers in the Aug. 21 Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) drawing, winning $290,000. The winning numbers were 1, 10, 16, 21 and 26. As of now, the prize remains unclaimed and the winner has up to 180 days from the draw date to claim it.

Following this win, the NSJ jackpot has reset to $50,000 for tonight’s drawing. The jackpot increases by $5,000 with each draw until reaching $100,000; after that point, it rises by $10,000 per draw until won. NSJ drawings take place nightly at 8 p.m., with ticket sales closing at 7:59 p.m.

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday is estimated at $700 million. This amount makes it the eleventh-largest Powerball jackpot on record and just below the tenth-highest prize of $731.1 million.

Since 2023, nine Arkansas residents have claimed prizes of at least $150,000 from lottery games; among them, five winners received prizes of $1 million or more.

Powerball tickets are available for $2 per play and can be purchased until 8:59 p.m. on drawing nights—Monday, Wednesday and Saturday—with draws held at 9:59 p.m. Players may add a Power Play multiplier for an extra dollar to increase non-jackpot winnings by up to ten times.

Both NSJ and Powerball tickets can be bought from licensed Arkansas retailers or through retailer apps via Play on the Go partners. More details about these options are available on the Where To Play page of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery website (https://myarkansaslottery.com/where-to-play).

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery reports that since its start in 2009 it has sold over $8 billion in tickets and contributed more than $1.5 billion toward scholarships for students in Arkansas. Over 822,000 college scholarships have been awarded through funds distributed by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education. The lottery has also paid out more than $5.5 billion in prizes to players and generated over $456 million in commissions for retailers as well as more than $187 million in state and federal tax revenue.

Players must be at least 18 years old to participate in lottery games offered by ASL. Winning numbers posted online or on social media are unofficial; all claims must be validated by ASL’s central gaming system before any payout is made.
