The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced on Mar. 10 that the Mega Millions jackpot has reached $533 million for Tuesday night’s drawing, while the Arkansas-exclusive LOTTO game’s jackpot has increased to $967,000 for Wednesday night.

These rising jackpots highlight ongoing interest in both national and state lottery games. The Mega Millions drawing will take place at 10 p.m., with players required to match five numbers between 1 and 70 and one Mega Ball number between 1 and 24 to win the top prize. Following a game change in 2025, Mega Millions now includes a built-in multiplier that can increase non-jackpot winnings by up to ten times, potentially awarding up to $10 million.

Tickets for Mega Millions cost $5 per play, with sales closing at 9:45 p.m. on draw nights. For those interested in local games, the LOTTO drawing is scheduled for Wednesday at 9 p.m., with tickets priced at $2 per play and sales ending at 8:59 p.m. To claim the LOTTO jackpot, players must match the first six numbers drawn in any order.

Tickets for both games are available through licensed Arkansas lottery retailers and via retailer apps from Play on the Go partners. More information about these options can be found on the Where To Play page of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery website.

Since its inception in 2009, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery reports over $8 billion in ticket sales and more than $1.5 billion returned for scholarships benefiting students across the state. As of Jan. 31, more than $5.7 billion has been awarded in prizes to players, over $473 million paid in retailer commissions, and more than $424 million contributed in state and federal tax revenue.

Players are reminded that all winning tickets must be verified by the Office of the Arkansas Lottery before prizes are paid out. The organization encourages responsible play and provides resources such as the National Problem Gambling Helpline for those seeking assistance.
