The Little Rock Trojans announced on April 28 that their scheduled baseball game against Arkansas State, set for Tuesday night in Jonesboro, has been canceled because of forecasted severe weather. The game will not be rescheduled.

The two teams have already played once this season in Little Rock and are still expected to meet again on Tuesday, May 5 at Gary Hogan Field.

With the cancellation, Little Rock will focus on its upcoming Ohio Valley Conference series against Morehead State. The series begins Friday, May 1 at 6 p.m. at Gary Hogan Field and continues Saturday at 4 p.m., concluding Sunday at 1 p.m.

As part of the weekend events, Saturday’s Hometown Heroes Game will honor military members and first responders. Up to four free tickets are available for these groups. For more information about tickets, the public can contact the Little Rock ticket office at 501-916-5352.
