The Izard County Sheriff’s Office reported on April 21 that several individuals were incarcerated over the past week, according to Sheriff Charley Melton. The report lists the names, ages, and charges for each person arrested, with all individuals presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Sheriff Melton said Kaiden Withrow, age 24 of Calico Rock, was arrested on April 13 for speeding, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of a no contact order. Bautista Martinez, age 47 of Batesville, was arrested on April 16 for driving without a driver’s license and no insurance. Elizabeth Moore, age 37 of Franklin, was taken into custody on April 17 due to a warrant from the Izard County District Court for criminal trespass.

Other arrests include Edson Josimar from Melbourne for careless driving and related offenses; Lorna Favor from Melbourne for public intoxication; Adam Franklin from Melbourne for public intoxication and domestic battery; Hayden Hill from Oxford for reckless driving and other violations; Steve Lyles from Paragould on a petition to revoke probation; Glenn Morgan from Cave Creek AZ on multiple charges including criminal mischief; and Evans Elms from Batesville pending formal charges related to violation of a protection order.
