Highway 230 in Lawrence County is set to close for construction from June 2 to July 16. The closure will occur around the clock between County Road 725 and Highway 349 near Bono. This project involves replacing the current bridge structure with a reinforced box culvert, contingent on weather conditions.

During this period, Highway 230 will remain accessible to local traffic on either side of the closure. A signed detour will guide motorists: westbound traffic will take Highway 349 to Highway 228, then travel southbound on Highway 91; eastbound traffic will take Highway 91 to Highway 228, then travel southbound on Highway 349.

To inform drivers of the closure, message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be utilized. For more travel information, individuals can visit IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov.
