Highway 206, located south of Harrison, will be closed for a box culvert replacement starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3. The closure is expected to last until 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 7. This schedule is contingent upon favorable weather conditions.

The section of Highway 206 east of Highway 7 will be affected, specifically between Whispering Pine Road South and Prairie View Road South. During this period, the highway will remain accessible only to local traffic on either side of the closure.

To inform motorists about the closure, digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be utilized. For those needing to navigate around the closure, alternative routes have been suggested:

– To access the west side of the closure, drivers should take Highway 206 east to Highway 65, then travel north to Highway 7 before heading south back to Highway 206.
– To reach the east side of the closure, motorists are advised to take Highway 206 west to Highway 7, go north to Highway 65, and then head south back to Highway 206.
