Jackpots for the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s LOTTO and Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) games have increased ahead of this weekend’s draws. The LOTTO jackpot has reached $661,000 for Saturday night, while the NSJ stands at $470,000 for tonight’s drawing.
LOTTO is an Arkansas-only game with drawings held every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m. Players select six numbers between 1 and 40, plus a Bonus Number. Matching the first six numbers in any order wins the jackpot. Prizes up to $25,000 are available for those matching three or more numbers with or without the Bonus Number. After a jackpot win, the prize resets to $250,000. Tickets cost $2 per play and must be purchased by 8:59 p.m. on draw nights.
The NSJ game holds daily drawings at 8 p.m., requiring players to match all five drawn numbers to win the top prize. Tickets are priced at $1 per play, with sales closing at 7:59 p.m.
For players interested in multiple games, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is offering a limited-time “5-Buck Bundle” promotion through February 28. For $5 at any in-person retailer, participants receive a $3 Powerball ticket, a $2 LOTTO ticket, and a free NSJ ticket; all tickets are Quick Picks.
The lottery encourages responsible play and provides resources for those seeking help with gambling issues through organizations such as the National Problem Gambling Helpline and Gamblers Anonymous.
Since its inception in 2009, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has generated over $8 billion in sales and contributed more than $1.5 billion toward scholarships benefiting students across Arkansas. More than 822,000 college scholarships have been awarded by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education using these funds. The lottery has also distributed over $5.6 billion in prizes to players and provided significant revenue through retailer commissions and tax contributions.
