The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) will introduce a new multi-state draw game, Millionaire for Life, starting February 22, 2026. The game will offer participants a chance to win $1 million annually for life, with daily drawings held at 10:15 p.m.

“Whether it’s a draw game or a scratch-off ticket, we always look forward to offering Arkansans new ways to win big,” said ASL Executive Director Sharon Strong. “As a contributing member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), we are excited to present a new game, Millionaire for Life.”

The format of the game involves selecting five white balls numbered from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball between 1 and 5. Players who match all six numbers will secure the grand prize. There are also eight other ways to win, including a second-tier prize of $100,000 per year for life for those matching all five white balls without the Millionaire Ball. Cash prizes are available for players matching at least one white ball and the Millionaire Ball or two white balls.

Both top prizes will be distributed as annuities with a guaranteed minimum payout over 20 years. Winners may also choose to receive their winnings as a single lump sum.

“Imagine winning $1 million a year, year after year,” said Tom Seaver, Millionaire for Life Product Group Chair and Senior Director of the Colorado Lottery. “This game is designed to deliver on its name.”

Proceeds from ticket sales will continue to support scholarships in Arkansas. According to Sharon Strong, “Since 2009, our goal has been to raise scholarship proceeds responsibly through lottery ticket sales. Offering new games like Millionaire for Life, celebrating wins both big and small and supporting our players across the state—all of these work together to achieve that mission.”

To participate in Millionaire for Life or any other lottery product in Arkansas, players must be at least 18 years old. Tickets can be purchased at licensed retailers or via Play on the Go partners using retailer apps. Further details about where tickets can be bought are available on the Where To Play page on the ASL website.

Since its establishment in 2009, ASL has generated over $8 billion in ticket sales and contributed more than $1.5 billion toward scholarships benefitting Arkansas students. Over 822,000 college scholarships have been awarded by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education using these funds. As of January 31, 2026, more than $5.7 billion has been paid out in prizes, over $473 million in retailer commissions distributed, and upwards of $424 million collected in state and federal tax revenue.

ASL is part of MUSL—a non-profit group supporting state lotteries with joint games while allowing each member jurisdiction independence over sales practices and payouts.
