Several Arkansas residents have claimed significant instant lottery prizes this March, according to a March 16 announcement from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

The news highlights the ongoing popularity of instant lottery games in the state and the potential for players to win substantial prizes. The wins also underscore the role of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery in generating funds for scholarships and supporting education initiatives across Arkansas.

Ralph L., a Pulaski County resident, won $100,000 playing X50 High Roller, a $5 instant game. He claimed his prize at the ASL Claim Center on March 9 after purchasing his ticket at D & J One Stop LLC in North Little Rock. Ralph said he was drawn to the game by its “times fifty” feature and was shocked to discover he had won a top prize. “I’m a winner!” he thought. He first shared his excitement with his friend and cousin, who accompanied him to claim his winnings.

T. Walker of Benton also experienced good fortune, winning $50,000 with a $50,000 Stacked ticket purchased at Maverik #5263 in Benton. Walker said he stopped for food and decided to try an instant ticket when his usual favorites were unavailable. After scratching off his ticket in the parking lot and revealing a top prize, Walker shared the news with his wife. “She called me the luckiest man alive,” he laughed. Walker plans to buy a new vehicle and set up an emergency savings fund with part of his winnings.

Jose R. of Lowell became another big winner after buying a $50,000 Stacked ticket from EZ Mart 1116 in Springdale. Jose asked for one random ticket from the clerk and ended up winning $50,000—the largest prize he has received so far. “It can’t be,” he thought upon seeing his win. Jose celebrated by contacting family members who congratulated him after seeing proof of his lucky ticket.

According to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, fifty-eight top prizes remain on $50,000 Stacked tickets. Since its inception in 2009, the lottery has sold over $8 billion worth of tickets and returned more than $1.6 billion for scholarships benefiting Arkansas students. As of Feb. 28, 2026, more than $5.7 billion has been awarded in prizes to players.
