The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced on Mar. 20 that the LOTTO jackpot for Saturday night has climbed to $1.031 million.

The increase in the jackpot offers Arkansas players a chance to win one of the largest prizes available exclusively within the state. The last time the LOTTO jackpot surpassed $1 million was in September 2025, when it reached $1.338 million before being claimed by a Garland County resident in October.

LOTTO drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m., with players required to match six numbers to win the top prize. Additional prizes up to $25,000 are available for those matching three or more numbers, regardless of whether they have the Bonus Number. Tickets cost $2 per play and can be purchased at licensed retailers or through Play on the Go partners’ apps, with sales closing at 8:59 p.m. on draw nights.

Since its inception in 2009, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has sold over $8 billion in tickets and contributed more than $1.6 billion toward scholarships for Arkansas students. As of Feb. 28, 2026, more than 873,000 college scholarships have been awarded through funds distributed by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.

Players are reminded that all winning tickets must be verified by the Office of the Arkansas Lottery’s central gaming system and approved by its Executive Director before prizes are paid out. The lottery encourages responsible play and provides resources such as the National Problem Gambling Helpline for those seeking assistance.
