The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced that the LOTTO jackpot for Saturday night has increased to $947,000. The LOTTO game is exclusive to Arkansas and was created to provide local players with more opportunities for larger prizes. Since its introduction in 2022, five players have won the jackpot, with the most recent winner from Garland County in October 2025. In addition, two people have won $25,000 second-tier prizes since January 2026.

LOTTO draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m., and tickets are sold for $2 each. Ticket sales close at 8:59 p.m. on draw nights. To claim the jackpot, participants must match all six numbers drawn in any order. Other prizes are available for matching at least three numbers, with or without the Bonus Number. Players who match five of six winning numbers plus the Bonus Number receive a $25,000 prize.

When someone wins the jackpot, it resets to $250,000 and increases again until another win occurs. Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has been operating since 2009 and reports selling over $8 billion in lottery tickets and returning more than $1.5 billion for scholarships benefiting students in Arkansas. Over 822,000 college scholarships have been awarded by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education using lottery proceeds. As of January 31, 2026, lottery players have received over $5.7 billion in prizes, retailers have earned more than $473 million in commissions, and state and federal tax revenue from lottery activities has surpassed $424 million.
