On Feb. 24 and Feb. 25, 2026, the Arkansas Department of Agriculture will hold two meetings for the Arkansas Water Plan. The department is inviting stakeholders to participate in these sessions to discuss water management strategies.

The meetings aim to gather input from stakeholders, allowing them to share insights and discuss regional needs related to water resources in Arkansas. The department said these discussions will help shape long-term strategies for managing the state’s water resources.

The first meeting, focused on Water and Wastewater Infrastructure and Water Quality, is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The second meeting, covering Water Supply and Demand Analysis, will take place on Feb. 25, 2026, also from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

“The Arkansas Department of Agriculture invites stakeholders to participate in two upcoming meetings for the Arkansas Water Plan. These sessions provide an opportunity to share insights, discuss regional needs, and help shape long‑term strategies for managing the state’s water resources,” the department announced.
